Introduction of Steel pipe plant
The steel pipe plant in Lingyuan Iron and Steel Group Co.Ltd. (Linggang steel pipe plant for short) was established in 1980. Through 20 years developing, the steel pipe plant owns capital asserts 31 million yuan; covers 40 thousand square meters. The annual sales income of the plant achieves 400 million yuan and annual production capacity reaches 200 thousand tons. The plant currently has 325 employees including 33 professional technical personnel. Now the steel pipe plant becomes one of the main plants in Lingyuan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd.
The professional production equipments have five production lines. They are∮50 welded tube set、∮114 welded tube set、∮219 welded tube set and two∮76 welded tube sets. Linggang steel pipe plant has high technique of producing process and has various products. The main products are two series: ∮17.1mm~225mm welded tube and ∮73mm~219.1mm hot tension-reducing steel pipe (hot rolled steel pipe). The specifications are X42-X60、H40、J55、10#、20#、Q345、Q195-Q235; The standards are GB/T3092-1993、GB/T3091-2001、GB/T6725-2002、GB/T6728-2002、GB/T13793-1992、GB/T9711、GB/T8163、GB/T8162、ASTM A53、API SPEC 5L、5CT、BS1387-1985、JIS series standards. The main applications are oil or gas transfer pipe; pipe for oil well bushing; transfer pipe for medium or low pressure water, gas, oil; pipe used in the structure of low and medium pressure boiler、engine boiler heat exchanger and condenser; pipe for construction、iron tower、frame structure、tubular pile、stanchion and other structures; pipe for mechanic、engine、automobile、apparatus and other mechanical accessories.
∮50、∮76 set is equipped with hydraulic testing machine. Every welded tube on ∮50、∮76 set is carried on hydraulic test.∮219 set is equipped with ultrasonic crack detection、eddy current equipment、50Mpa high pressure-hydraulic testing machine、on line medium frequency normalization equipment、continuous passing heating furnace and hot tension-reducing mill. The plant has reached the leading domestic level on process 、technology and equipment of products. Through resent several years developing, the plant has the ability to produce high precision standard products.
“Hualing” welded tube made in linggang gets award of “Liaoning province brand” product in 2002. the product has the advantages on smooth- surface 、high-precision size、flat end-surface、stable physical and chemical property、firm welded edge、good capability on pressure resistance. Linggang is the company who drafts the standard GB/T 13793. The company is one of the first batch of steel enterprises who received the certification of ISO9002. In the year of 2001, the company is one of the first batch who received the certification of ISO9001: 2000. Linggang welded tube are used broadly on construction、automobile、mechanics、chemical industry 、electric power 、municipal works and other industry. The products are well sold in 30 provinces, municipalities and regions, and the plant has had the stable business relationship with many enterprises.

本厂专业生产设备有∮50焊管机组、∮114 焊管机组、∮219 焊管机组各一套，∮76 焊管机组两套，共五条生产线。凌钢钢管厂只管工艺技术完善，品种齐全，主要产品有两大系列： ∮17.1mm~225mm焊接钢管和 ∮73mm~219.1mm 热张力减径钢管（注：热轧钢管）。产品材质为X42-X60、H40、J55、10#、20#、Q345、Q195-Q235。产品执行标准 GB/T3092-1993、GB/T3091-2001、GB/T6725-2002、GB/T6728-2002、GB/T13793-1992、GB/T9711、GB/T8163、GB/T8162、ASTM A53、API SPEC 5L、5CT、BS1387-1985、JIS 等系列标准。产品主要用途：石油天然气工业中输送油、气，水；油井套管；输送中、低压水、煤气，油；低压和中压锅炉及机车锅炉、换热器，冷凝器结构中；土木建筑、铁塔、网架、管桩、支柱及其它结构；机械、机车、汽车、器具，其它机械零件。
在∮50、∮76 焊管机组中配备水压试验机，对焊管进行逐根水压试验，∮219 机组配有超声波探伤、涡流探伤设备、50Mpa高压水压试验机、在线中频正火装置，直通式加热炉、热张力减径机。机组的工艺及技术装备具有国内领先水平，经过近几年来的不断改进，使钢管厂具备了生产国内、国际高精度标准产品的技术和设备实力。
本厂生产的华凌牌焊管表面光滑，尺寸精度高，端面平直，物理及化学性能稳定，焊缝紧密牢固，耐压性强，2002年，被评为“辽宁名牌”产品。凌钢是GB/T13793的起草单位，是冶金系统首批通过ISO9002质量体系认证的钢铁企业。2001年，又首批通过了ISO9001:2000质量体系认证。产品广泛应用于石油、建筑、汽车、机械、化工、电力、市政工程等行业，远销30多个省、市、自治区，并与多家企业建立了稳定的业务关系。
